Typical symptoms include a runny nose, sneezing, sinus congestion plus itchy and watering eyes. Unlike hay fever, this tends to affect people all year round, although symptoms can worse at certain times of the year when pollen counts are high. In some individuals, it is triggered by a food intolerance. This will need to be addressed for the problem to be resolved, otherwise you can take all kinds of herbs and supplements in efforts to relieve the problem, or worse still antihistamines, but they will not address the root cause of the condition

Food to Avoid

Sugar, dairy products, white flour and pasta, orange juice, tomatoes and any other foods to which you may have an intolerance. Wheat and dairy product from cows are known to be triggers for this condition, but bananas could just as easily trigger it.

The consumption of a raw food diet is associated with a high loss of body weight. One common reaction to the raw food diet is detoxification symptoms, which indicates that the body is flushing out toxins. A Raw Food diet is generally made up fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouted seeds and grains, dried fruit and juices, rolled or flaked grains, herbs and spices. The premise of the raw food diet is to cook foods below 160 degrees Fahrenheit to keep food enzymes intact so that the body can better absorb nutrients in the food.
